Please allow to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order. All orders are shipped via USPS and can be tracked using the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address provided at check out.
Due to COVID-19, shipping delays may arise.
If you have recently placed an order, please check your spam/junk folder. Confirmation emails will be automatically sent at the email provided at check out once you have placed an order. If you have any further questions in regards to your confirmation email, please submit your Inquiry here.
If you have placed your order and have received your shipping confirmation email, your order should be on its way to you very soon. Please use your tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email to locate your package. If you have placed your order on a weekend or a public national holiday your order might experience slight delays, dependent on postal services. Luxurious By Lex cannot provide additional shipping information beyond what's provided through tracking numbers once it is in the carriers possession. Once an item is in transit, there is no action we can take to expedite the delivery process. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
